About
Ayla is a Tarnished Astrologer, hailing from the mountaintops north of the Erdtree capital. She was once a prodigy in her study of the stars, but her peers, fearful that she would one day glimpse the Primeval Current and bring ruin to them all, killed her. When Queen Marika called the Tarnished back to the Lands Between, Ayla was given the guidance of Grace, and rose from death. Journeying from Limgrave, she would meet and befriend the half-wolven warrior, Blaidd. She'd also meet with a mysterious woman who called herself Renna. After defeating Godrick and claiming his Great Rune, Ayla would travel to Liurnia of the Lakes, in search of the academy of Raya Lucaria, where glinstone sorcery was practiced. She'd practice sorcery there, meeting with the Carian Knight known as Moongrum, as well as Queen Rennala, and then proceed west, where she'd meet with Iji. The Carian's royal blacksmith and war councilor was a friend of Blaidd, and thus, a friend of Ayla.Ayla soon wandered into Caria Manor, where she would defeat the apparition of Royal Knight Loretta, and scare off the oathsworn dragon Adula. She found Renna, who revealed herself to be the Lunar Princess and Witch known as Ranni. Ayla swore herself to the Empryean, and after fighting for her coming Age of Stars, she'd become Ranni's consort. Now she wanders the Lands Between, seeking knowledge of Sorcery, defeating those who would threaten Liurnia, working to restore the land and academy to their glory under Carian Royal Rule, and working towards Ranni's coming age.

Custom Content
I made some custom content for Ayla that does not exist in the actual Elden Ring game, inspired mostly by other souls games and the Convergence mod.Ayla previously wielded the Carian Knight's Greatsword. A large silver sword with a blue glintstone inlaid in its blade, similar in design to its shorter straightsword counterpart. Its Ash of War was Carian Sovereignty. She no longer uses it, as she instead wields the two moonlit greatswords.Ayla beheld a brilliant Cerulean Moon in the Mountaintops of the Giants, and along with the spells she derived from it, she created a Cerulean Moon Greatsword. Its appearance is that of Bloodborne's Holy Moonlight Greatsword. It is a Somber weapon, and its unique skill is Brilliant Moonlight. The first skill input thrusts the sword forwards and launches a blast of moonlight. If followed up with a heavy attack, the wielder slams the blade downwards, creating a small shockwave. If instead followed with a second skill input, the wielder swings the sword in a wide arc, shooting out a slash-shaped projectile similar to the Dark Moon Greatsword's, albeit larger. While held, it boosts the effectiveness of Cerulean Moon sorceries, Full Moon sorceries, Frost sorceries, and Carian sorceries. The first Cerulean Moon Sorcery is Cerulean Moonlight. Lift one's staff into the air to cast a large beam of light around oneself. Illuminates the nearby area, slowly regenerates FP while within the light, and reveals invisible foes nearby. The description reads: "A sorcery derived from Ayla's Cerulean Moon. Once, a horrific loss struck Ayla. When she found her moon upon the mountaintops, she swore: 'Never again.'"The second sorcery is Brilliant Shield. Casts a freezing charm of protection on one's self and nearby allies. Inflicts minor frostbite buildup upon enemies that hit shielded allies. Increases the affected's magic, frost, and physical resistance. The description reads: "A sorcery derived from Ayla's Cerulean Moon and inspired by the Carian sorceress Morrigan. Liurnia was mired in torment, so Ayla vowed to alleviate its pain alongside her comrades."The third sorcery is Ayla's Cerulean Moon. Incarnates the caster into a Cerulean Moon that slowly travels towards foes. It releases pulses of freezing moonlight as it travels before exploding. The final explosion decreases targets' magic defense temporarily. The description reads: "A sorcery derived from Ayla's Cerulean Moon and the three Full Moon sorceries. Ayla sought to be truly worthy of the title of Lunar Consort, and so sought out her own moon in the Mountaintops of the Giants. What she beheld was cold, soothing, but held devastating power."
